Annual General Body Meeting

The 32nd Annual General Body Meeting of the Centre is scheduled to be held on Sunday, 1st July 2018 at 10 am in the premises of the Centre. Permanent and Life members are eligible to participate in the meeting. Eligible members are requested to participate in the A G M. A separate Annual Report book has already been sent to the eligible members.


a) It is observed that some of the members who are sitting in the chairs are putting their legs on the sofas and chairs, which is highly objectionable. Therefore members are requested to sit properly otherwise disciplinary action will be taken against the members.

b) Members, Spouse Members and Dependent Members are requested to strictly follow the Rules & Bye-laws of the Centre.

c) Members, Spouse Members and Dependent Members should show their identity card at the reception before entering in to the Centre and they should enter the names of their guests in the guest book, without fail.

d) Same individual shall not be introduced as guest in the Centre more than three times in a calendar month.

e) Dependent members shall not introduce guests.

f) Members are required to given requisition in writing (requisition forms are available at guest rooms reception). Members can send a mail from their personal mail id to the guest rooms directly on to book a room. Booking cannot be taken over the phone. Subject to availability confirmation will be given after payment of full amount for the period booked. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per bye-laws.

Dress Regulations:

The following dress regulations are prescribed for making use of various facilities of the Centre in order to maintain dignity and decorum.

a) Members/guests entering the Centre, will at all times, be dressed appropriately. Any respectable Civilian attire befitting the dignity of the Centre for lunch, dinner, functions etc to be maintained.

b) Lungis and rubber slippers are not allowed in the premises of the Centre. Members may however change to and use rubber slipper only in the swimming pool area.

c) Members/guests with sports dress, shorts and sports kit are not permitted in the Library, Card room, Bar, A/C & Non A/C Dining Halls, all Lawns, Function & Conference Halls, Bridge Room, TV lounge and Internet facility. They may visit coffee/soft drink and juice counters between 05.30 hrs to 21.00 hrs.

d) Dress regulation for making use of other various facilities of the Centre are indicated under respective facility rules.

If any member fails to follow the above bye-laws their membership will be suspended immediately. Kindly follow the bye-laws strictly and cooperate with the management.

Billiards Coaching

Billiards coaching is available in our centre with a professional coach, Mr. K. Venkatesham. He is a renowned International billiards, snooker and pool player and has played 36 national championships of snooker, billiards, and has won many titles such as India No.2 in pool in the year 2001, India no.4 in 6 Red pool in the year 2012. The year 2013 was quite eventful for Mr. Venkatesham as he became India No.4 and Asia No. 8 in billiards. Students trained under him have also participated in national and international tournaments.

Members and dependent members may avail the opportunity. For further details contact Mr. Venkatesham at our Billiards Hall on any working day.

Swimming Coaching

We are happy to announce that we have appointed two professional swimming coaches, Mr. Giridhar and Smt. Manjitha Kaur to give coaching to beginner ladies, gents and dependent children during the summer mornings and evenings. Members may avail the opportunity.

Heart-based Meditation For Spiritual Transformation

Shri Ram Chandra Mission, a Spiritual Organisation, has organised Free Heartfulness Meditation Classes (Videos) of the Global Guide, by Shri Kamalesh D. Patel on 2nd, 3rd and 4th of January 2018, in our club to teach both the practical techniques and empirical benefits of daily meditation.

Meditation is being taught on every Wednesday from 8.00 am to 9.00 am in Yoga Hall of our club. Members are requested to avail this opportunity. It is free.
